Terms and conditions:
1. General 1.1. These Terms and Conditions outline the details of the Portfolio Lab (the "Course") provided by Luba Jones Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). 1.2. By booking a place on the Course, you (the "Participant" or "you") agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
2. Booking and Payment 2.1. Your place on the Course is confirmed once full payment has been received. 2.2. Course fees are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Refund Policy 3.1. We offer a 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days of booking, as long as this is at least one month before the Course start date. 3.2. If you need to cancel after this period, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. We’ll consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis in extenuating circumstances. 3.3. If for any reason we are unable to run the Course (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances or facilitator unavailability), you will receive a full refund.
4. Changes to the Course 4.1. Occasionally, we may need to make changes to the schedule, content, or facilitators. We’ll always give you as much notice as possible and do our best to ensure minimal disruption. 4.2. If any major changes significantly affect the Course, you’ll have the option to request a refund or transfer to a future session.
5. Participant Responsibilities 5.1. We want this to be a positive and collaborative experience for everyone, so we ask that all Participants engage respectfully and professionally with facilitators and peers. 5.2. If a Participant behaves in a way that disrupts the experience for others, we may ask them to leave the Course without a refund.
6. Liability 6.1. We can’t take responsibility for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the Course. 6.2. While we do our best to provide a great learning experience, we are not responsible for any indirect or unforeseen issues that may arise from participating in the Course.

These images and recordings may be used by Luba Jones Ltd. for marketing and promotional purposes across our platforms, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and printed materials.
If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in any marketing materials, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
